Ingredients
- 2 kg of pork ribs (you can also use beef or chicken ribs)
- 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional, if you like it spicy)
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- A pinch of salt
- Olive oil (for greasing the grill)
Instructions
Prepare the ribs:
- If you're using pork ribs, it's best to soak them in cold water for a few hours to remove excess blood.
- Then, pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
Prepare the marinade:
- In a large bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, cayenne pepper (if using), a pinch of salt, and pepper until all the ingredients are well combined.
Marinate the ribs:
- Place the ribs in the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated.
