200g pink chocolate
100g milk chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream (for heating)
50g butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon strawberry paste (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
300g pink chocolate (for coating)

12 raspberries
12 blueberries
12 slices of strawberries
Instructions
Preparing the chocolate mixture
- In a saucepan, heat the cream until it starts to simmer.
- Add pink chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, maple syrup, strawberry paste (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Stir over low heat until all ingredients are completely melted, and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
Shaping the squares
- Pour the chocolate mixture into square-shaped molds (you can use silicone molds).
