110g dark chocolate you can also use milk or white chocolate (Set aside 5 grams of chocolate for sprinkles)

Instructions
Prepere whipping cream
- Place the container and beaters of the mixer in the freezer for about 15 minutes to chill.
- Replace the cold container on the mixer and pour in the chilled heavy whipping cream.
- Start whipping the cream at medium speed, gradually increasing the speed.
- As the cream begins to thicken, add sugar gradually. You can also add vanilla extract for flavor.
- Continue whipping until the cream forms stiff, fluffy peaks.
- Be careful not to over-whip the cream to avoid it becoming too dense
Prepare the hot chocolate
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, but do not bring it to a boil.
- Add 105g the chopped chocolate, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the milk.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted, and all the ingredients are well combined, achieving a smooth consistency.
- Once the chocolate is fully melted but not yet boiling, turn off the heat.
- Pour the hot chocolate into mugs.
- Garnish each mug with whipped cream and chopped 5 grams chocolate shavings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious hot chocolate!
